How did your journey into DJing and presenting begin?

It first started when I went to university in Manchester. I studied journalism and broadcasting and my friend was a DJ so I thought I might give it a go.

What or who were your early influences?

Black coffee, Crazy Cousinz and Sarah Jane Crawford.

How has living in Manchester shaped your creativity?

Manchester has given me so many opportunities and opened doors to new sounds shaping my taste as a DJ today.

When creating your mixes, how do you decide which songs to include?

Depending on what genre I put together a folder of songs I like at the moment, then I look on Spotify and SoundCloud to find hidden gems.

What have been some of your career highlights so far?

I would definitely have to say Parklife and traveling to Ibiza with size and Adidas.

We’re all about new music discovery – who is an artist that you think everybody should be including in their mixes right now?

I would have to say Essosa and Victoria Jane.

Is there a dream venue you'd like to perform in?

My dream would be to DJ at Coachella.

What can we expect from you next?

Hopefully a lot of progression and a lot more bookings.
