Broncho present new singles “Think I Pass” & “Get Gone”

Oklahoma-based band Broncho release two new singles, “Get Gone” and “Think I Pass”, from Natural Pleasure, their first new album in six years, out next Friday, April 25th. Each track on Natural Pleasure is meticulously crafted. Following “the Mazzy Star–struck lilt of singles ‘Imagination’ and ‘Funny’” (Pitchfork), “Get Gone” is a late-night anthem designed for MDMA-fuelled dance floors, festival stages, or even impromptu kitchen discos. “Think I Pass” is more subdued and sweetly-toned, but nevertheless hypnotic with Ryan Lindsey’s unmistakable vocal delivery. In his words, the track “is probably a celebration of learning to say no. Because saying no is hard for me. My default is set to yes.”

Broncho is Ryan Lindsey (vocals, guitar), Ben King (guitar), Penny Pitchlynn (bass), and Nathan Price (drums). Since their 2014 breakout hit “Class Historian”, they’ve found fans in legends like Josh Homme, Jack White, and Hayley Williams, and have had songs in iconic shows like HBO’s Girls and FX’s Reservation Dogs. Following their 2018 album Bad Behavior, Natural Pleasure is a kaleidoscopic dreamscape where lo-fi textures collide with psychedelic wonder. One of Broncho’s most defining features is Lindsey’s voice. His lyrics are often enigmatic, delivered in a way that feels like an instrument of pure emotion. It’s a rare and uncanny ability - one that connects listeners to the music on a visceral level before the lyrics fully reveal themselves. It’s a testament to his singular artistry: instantly recognisable and deeply affecting.

Broncho will kick off an expansive North American tour this June, starting with a hometown show in Tulsa. Following, they’ll bring their highly-praised live show all across the states, playing songs off of Natural Pleasure and all across their discography. Tickets are on sale now.
