Microtonal duo Angine de Poitrine are bringing their hypnotic, cardboard-crafted chaos to the UK for the first time this May, with sold-out shows in London, Bristol and Leeds, alongside their debut British festival appearance at The Great Escape in Brighton.

After a whirlwind couple of years turning heads worldwide with their dissonant, ever-shifting soundscapes—including a Live on KEXP session that’s racked up over 6.2 million views—the duo are back to announce a further UK & EU tour in October. Highlights include their biggest London headline to date at The Troxy, with tickets going on sale this Thursday at 10am.
Fans can get ready for the release of their highly anticipated new album, Vol. II, dropping this Friday, 3rd April. Pre-orders and pre-saves are available now.
The album pushes Angine de Poitrine’s sound into bolder territory, with intricate, microtonal grooves and high-voltage energy. Lead single “Fabienk”, already earning airplay on BBC 6 Music, is a perfect example of their looping, evolving style that’s equal parts hypnotic and exhilarating.
Angine de Poitrine twist rhythm and melody into something entirely their own. Through microtonal guitars and intricate percussion, Khn and Klek de Poitrine create a universe of swirling, ecstatic sound—loops, grooves, and shifting patterns that pull listeners into a hypnotic, joyful chaos unlike anything else on stage.
